About Us
Mums, Dads, Grandmas, Grandads and other guardians, lets use your imagination. This is where the adventure starts.
Many years ago, this place was just an ordinary Christmas tree forest back in little O’town of Charnock Richard. Over the past few years, around Christmas time, our Christmas tree forest has been taken over by number of elves running around in green and red suits.
Frosty and Freeze, the sisters of Mrs Claus herself were sent here to train new elves and send them to the North Pole, but as you know when your training you have to start at the beginning. So every elflet (elf in training) has to pass the elf test before going to the North Pole.
Bring your little darlings here and let our elves transform them into elflets (these are elves in training). Then your elflets will go on their magical journey, through tree winding pathways under canopies of large Christmas trees. Your elflets will attend elf school and continue their journey through Elf Forest village completing tasks along the way to see if they can pass the elf test and become an official elf of
Elf Forest.
A memorable Christmas adventure would not be magical without seeing the main man himself, so with every paying ticket to Elf Forest Experience includes a visit to see Santa in his grotto.

Elf Forest is aimed at children aged 3 to 12 years and our activities are suitable for most children within this age range.
A complimentary ticket is available for our younger elves (under 3) while attending Elf Forest Experience with a paying Elf Forest Experience guest. Under 3's will receive a free elf hat and we also have activity areas around Elf Forest to keep them entertained while their older elf siblings are on their Elf Forest journey.
Elf forest is a real forest.

ELF FOREST Experience
You will need:
TREE
PLANTING
Fill your plant pot with tree planting
compost , leave 5cm from the top.
Make a hole in the centre of your pot,
deep enough for the root of your
seedling to fit in.
Place your seedling into the hole you have made in the compost.
Gently pat the compost around the
seedling.
Now gently pull the stem of the
seedling up about 2 cm to allow
the compost to drop between
fibress roots system
Time to water your seedling, but
not too much.

Q. How do I book for Elf Forest?
A. Elf Forest is pre book only, you can buy tickets on Eventbrite, we have
many different time slots available. Every Elf Forest ticket includes a
Santa grotto’s ticket. After booking your ticket, we will send our
confirmation pack out in the post which includes itinerary, elf money and
disclaimer form (which must be signed and given at the entrance of the
event).
Q. How do I book for Santa’s Grotto?
A. You can book tickets for Santa’s grotto online at Eventbrite, or
you can just turn up on the day and buy tickets at the
Christmas tree shop.
Q.. Who do I ask for more Information?
A. You can email us at info@elfforest.uk for any other
questions or concerns you may have
Q. Is Elf Forest accessible?
A. We try to accommodate all visitors as best we can, but as Elf Forest is a real forest, there is uneven ground which may present accessibility issues for some of our guests. If you have any concerns please send us an email and we will do our best to assist.

A. Yes we have toilets available
Q. Can we take photographs?
A. Yes you can take as many pictures as you like.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Dogs are permitted in the grounds at Elf Forest and may even go in to visit Santa, providing they have a furry friend ticket. For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, dogs are not permitted in Elf Forest Experience itself and we kindly ask that all dogs remain on a tight leash at all times and you pick up any waste your dog leaves behind, ensuring it is disposed of responsibly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Q. Is there parking available?
A. Yes we have parking available, as you
enter the car park the car parking attendants
will direct you.
Q. Are you open in all weather?
A. We are open in most weather conditions, except
in adverse weather conditions, the safety of our
customers and staff is most important.
